Narcissistic Mother's Emotional Manipulation

©by Gail Meyers
Introduction While we can all be manipulative at times, there are those among us who chronically emotionally manipulate others. While some people may be manipulative in their communications simply because they have not learned to communicate clearly and directly, there are those who are intentionally manipulative, and even take pride in their trickery. My narcissistic mother not only consistently used manipulation tactics, sometimes it almost seemed as if she perfecting her craft.

Speaking as a survivor of a narcissistic father and mother, this article highlights some ideas to begin processing and paying attention to as we begin or continue coming to terms with the idea that we are not all the same. In other words, we can run into trouble if we put ourselves in the position of the narcissist, decide what we would be thinking or feeling in that situation, and deal with the narcissist accordingly. We are not all the same.

First of all, beginning to notice wh…

The cyberstalking and multiple perpetrator stalking continues, still uninterrupted by police two years after reporting it. The threats against lives, loved ones, and property continue, including threatening to steal this account, the Facebook pages, (Narcissistic Personality Disorder Mother Facebook Resource Page was finally unpublished after being relentlessly hacked for more than five years and completely hijacked three times), sales for the last nearly FOUR YEARS since my book w…

Tactics of a Narcissistic Personality Disordered Mother by Gail Meyers

Tactics of a Narcissistic Mother

©by Gail Meyers This insight into narcissistic personality disorder is offered from the perspective more than 40 years spent as the daughter of a narcissistic personality disordered mother, as well as years of recovery and raising awareness. Reading a list of diagnostic traits of narcissistic personality disorder may be a helpful guide, but this is how some of those traits played out in my personal experience in everyday life. Narcissism

Eleanor D. Payson, MSW Quote | Source In the words of Eleanor D. Payson, MSW and author of The Wizard of Oz and Other Narcissists, "The word narcissism in its most fundamental sense means a tendency to self-worship."

However, narcissistic personality personality disorder is a serious condition that can be especially damaging to the children. It is not just a shallow or self-centered person, but a fixed personality disorder that does not change. It can take decades for the children of a narcissist…

Do Narcissistic Mothers Ever Change?

Just as the original articles were moved to this blog due to targeting, they have now been moved off of this relentlessly hacked blog. It has now been nearly FOUR YEARS since I was close to publishing my first book, that was and continues to be interrupted by multiple perpetrator stalkers, reported first reported to police in early 2016.  Much commentary has been received that the book was also stolen, just like the articles and even memes. Join Gail Meyers and KC3Lady back on Hubpages and Echo Scapegoat Recovery Tactics on Facebook- raising awareness about narcissism, mobbings, and stalkers

Note: The YouTube videos have also been hit, redated, likely hacked, and the views are down 90% due to perpetration.

Update: September 21, 2017: The criminal activity continues uninterrupted by law enforcement or the criminal justice system, against this book as well as other digitally copyrighted material by this author, as well as against my very life and loved ones. This work is being taken down due to the relentless hacking, but it will be published again in the coming months on yet another site in hopes that it will be better protected than it has been here on Blogger.

The Scapegoats of a Narcissistic Mother will be available soon.  This book contains the things I wish I had known 30 years ago.  During the course of posting the essence of the book on the blog by the same name my computer, blogs, Facebook pages and even a couple of videos have been hacked.  So if you notice…
